Get answers to common questions about Eyebrow Tint.
Tint typically lasts three to six weeks depending on hair growth, skin type, and aftercare. Regular touch-ups every four to six weeks keep color consistent. Water, exfoliation, and oil-based products can speed fading, so follow our aftercare instructions for best results.
We use professional, hypoallergenic tints formulated for brows. For first-time clients we recommend a patch test 24–48 hours before service to check sensitivity. Inform your technician of allergies, medications, or pregnancy so we can select the safest product and adjust treatment.
Yes — tinting is commonly combined with brow waxing or shaping in the same appointment. We typically shape first, then tint to ensure accurate placement and color. Tell your technician any recent treatments to avoid irritation and ensure the best outcome.
Tint may lightly stain the skin directly beneath brows but usually fades after gentle cleansing within a few days. Avoid harsh scrubbing and oil-based removers. If excess tint shows immediately, we clean and correct it during your appointment for a neat finish.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows. Avoid retinoids, chemical exfoliants, and brow tinting or dye the week prior. If you use topical acne medications or have recent sunburn, mention it—these can increase sensitivity and affect results.
We recommend waiting 24 hours before applying makeup directly to the brow area to allow tint to set and minimize irritation. You can wear non-brow makeup immediately, but avoid steam, saunas, and swimming for a day to preserve color longevity.
